About Michael Carr
After retiring from the practice of trial work as an attorney, I began my real estate career in Fort Lauderdale , Fl where I associated with Keller Willaims and Coldwell Banker, where I was admitted to the Sterling Society based upon my volume of listings and Sales. My principal focus was upon a combination of single family homes, investment properties and condominiums.My Listings and sales were often waterfront properties including one of those homes listed and sold for $4m. I have been active in the yachting communities having lived aboard a series of Hatteras motor yachts. and belonging to a series of Yacht Clubs. I am very familiar with the intracoastal waterways between Florida and northbound to Maine. My legal experience is often quite helpful when real estate issues develop and negotiations for resolution is required.
